APM is a full service property management company, family owned and operated. Owner-partners Stan Elcock and Julie Vaissade-Elcock have been in real estate and property management for over two decades. They are joined by their two sons, Phillip and Cameron, who have learned the family business from the ground up...unclogging drains to carpet laying and cleaning, to bookkeeping.
